Kero-dev reserves the right to suspend any server used for website hosting.

This agreement is strictly between the client and Kero-dev, to be accepted during contract signing or online order placement.

Kero-dev does not actively monitor user content but may suspend or inspect services if illegal activity is reported or required by authorities.

Use of illegal software or infringement of intellectual property rights may result in service suspension upon receipt of a formal complaint.

Servers are guaranteed continuous internet access and power, barring issues caused by clients or external datacenter disruptions.

Hardware replacement is assured within 2 days after issue reporting, excluding OS/software installations.
